The Peer Exchange Program will create one-to-one professional peer matches designed to support:

  • Knowledge Sharing and Problem Solving: Participants have the opportunity to exchange expertise, best practices, and innovative ideas with their peers from different organizations or industries. Participants can learn from each other's successes and failures, accelerating problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Networking Opportunities: Expand your professional network by being introduced to a peer for the one-to-one match and also meet other colleagues in the full program virtual meetings throughout the year!
  • Cross-cultural understanding and collaboration: Participants gain insights into different work cultures and business practices.
  • Professional Development: Engaging with peers who have different perspectives and experiences can stimulate personal and professional growth. Participants may gain new insights into their own work, develop leadership skills, and broaden their professional horizons.
  • Increased Motivation and Engagement in Your Daily Work: Ignite or reignite your passion for your work by being exposed to new approaches.
